The platform is composed of interconnected functional modules. Each one addresses a specific friction point in the equipment rental process — from first search to deposit return.

Discovery

Listing and Search

Equipment owners create detailed listings that include photographs, technical specifications, condition notes, available rental rates and geographic location. Listings are categorised by equipment type and tagged for searchability.

Renters search by category, location and date range. Filters allow narrowing by equipment type, available period and distance from a specified point. Search results show availability status in real time.

Scheduling

Calendar Availability System

Each listing is attached to an availability calendar maintained by the equipment owner. Owners mark dates as available or blocked. The calendar updates in real time as bookings are confirmed.

Renters view the calendar before submitting a booking request. The system prevents requests for dates that are already occupied. This removes the back-and-forth of checking availability manually.

Documentation

Automated Rental Agreements

When both parties confirm a booking, the platform generates a standardised rental agreement. The document is pre-populated with the specific details of that transaction: equipment description, rental period, agreed rate, deposit amount, delivery terms and the identities of both parties.

The agreement template is structured to cover the key terms relevant to short-term equipment hire under Polish civil law. Both parties receive a copy. The document is stored within the platform for the duration of the rental period.

Financial

Damage Deposit Handling

The platform facilitates the collection and holding of a damage deposit at the time of booking confirmation. The deposit amount is set by the equipment owner within parameters defined by the platform.

On return of the equipment, the owner and renter complete an inspection process. If no damage is reported, the deposit is released. Where a dispute arises, the platform provides a structured resolution process. The platform does not adjudicate disputes — it provides the framework and documentation for the parties to reach a resolution.

Logistics

Delivery Coordination

The platform provides a structured channel for agreeing and documenting delivery logistics between the equipment owner and the renter. This includes collection point, delivery address, timing and any access requirements.

Yowoxu Gisozi does not operate transport vehicles. The coordination module creates a documented record of what was agreed — reducing the likelihood of miscommunication on the day of handover.

For Renters

What the Process Looks Like From Your Side

You search for the equipment you need, select available dates on the calendar and submit a booking request. The owner confirms. The agreement is generated automatically and sent to both of you. The deposit is collected. Delivery terms are agreed within the platform. You receive the equipment, use it, return it. The deposit is released after inspection.

There is no need to draft a contract, chase a deposit receipt or negotiate terms from scratch. The platform structure handles those elements.
